About Us

Finch Academy is a high-performing, mixed comprehensive school on London’s north side. It was first opened in 1954 and has a rich history within the local community. In 2003, construction on a more modern-looking and equipped school was completed.

In 2021 we introduced a state-of-the-art E-Library, to coincide with our new Learning Management System (LMS), to ensure our children have access to classes and course files, even during a pandemic. Our E-Library also allows allow students to access material when needed, rather than waiting for a copy to become available.

Teachers, Parents, Guardians and Students now have real-time access to reporting, such as Grades, Attendance, Sick Notes and Health records, through a user-specific dashboard. Students can also join clubs and book events on-line.
